# Deliverables & Executive Communication

> Present the finding, consequence and decision without burying the answer.

Every major section should answer:

1. What did we find?
2. Why does it matter?
3. What should the client do?

Lead with the conclusion. Keep detailed evidence, maps and calculations in supporting material unless they are needed for the decision.
