# Growing the Consultancy

Track the few metrics that expose the constraint: qualified pipeline, win rate, project margin, utilisation, implementation conversion, repeat revenue and concentration.

Standardise delivery before adding headcount. Use contractors or partners when demand is variable or specialist; hire when the bottleneck is persistent and repeatable.
