## What is Iris?

Iris is Prescient Labs' self-serve diagnostic platform for helping consultants capture stakeholder evidence, reconstruct client workflows, identify opportunities and prepare client-ready reports.

## What does Iris Interviewer do?

It runs AI-led stakeholder interviews to capture workflow knowledge, decisions, exceptions, pain points and workarounds without requiring the consultant to conduct every interview manually.

## Does Iris include screen observation?

Yes. Iris includes consent-based screen observation for capturing granular task and workflow evidence where it adds value.

## What does Iris do with the evidence?

It helps structure the current process, expose handoffs, rework, variants and friction, and support the development of evidence-backed opportunities.

## Does Iris automatically decide what the client should implement?

No. Opportunities and findings must be reviewed, validated and turned into recommendations by the consultant.

## Does Iris have an ROI calculator?

No. ROI and business-case analysis remain consultant-side methodology. Use the Academy's business-case framework and templates.

## Does Iris have a report composer?

Yes. The Report Composer is used to assemble validated evidence, findings, opportunities and recommendations into the final consulting deliverable.

## Where is the secure environment hosted?

The secure Iris environment is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the UK.

## Does Iris replace consultant judgment?

No. The consultant remains responsible for scope, validation, professional judgment, executive communication and implementation decisions.
