# Iris Fundamentals

> Understand the self-serve Iris diagnostic workflow.

Iris supports **AI-led stakeholder interviews, consent-based screen observation, process mapping, opportunity development and the Report Composer**.

The workflow is:

**Set up engagement → invite stakeholders → capture evidence → build/refine the process map → validate findings → review opportunities → compose the report.**

Iris does not contain an ROI calculator; business-case and ROI work remains consultant-side. The consultant also owns scope, validation and the final recommendation.
