# Interview Quality

> Check whether stakeholder evidence is concrete and sufficient for synthesis.

| Check          | Question                                                                            |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Coverage       | Does the evidence explain the workflow from trigger to outcome?                     |
| Specificity    | Are there concrete actions rather than statements such as “there is lots of admin”? |
| Decisions      | Are judgment points and approval rules clear?                                       |
| Exceptions     | What happens when the normal path fails?                                            |
| Quantification | Is frequency, volume or time estimated where useful?                                |
| Contradictions | Does this account conflict with another stakeholder?                                |
| Breadth        | Did one topic crowd out the rest of the process?                                    |

Follow up only when the missing information could materially change a finding or recommendation.
