# Running Iris Interviews

> Capture broad, concrete stakeholder evidence without over-probing one topic.

Useful evidence covers **trigger, sequence, systems, decisions, exceptions, handoffs, workarounds, delays, frequency and impact**.

Probe important points, but move on after one or two useful follow-ups if the participant cannot add detail. Breadth matters.

After completion, check whether the workflow was covered end to end, important exceptions were captured, statements are specific and any contradictions or missing perspectives need follow-up.

Treat synthesis as analysis to validate, not final fact.
