# Using the Report Composer

> Assemble validated findings and recommendations into the final Iris report.

Before composing, confirm the scope is correct, contradictions are resolved or labelled, findings are traceable to evidence, root causes are separated from symptoms and the first recommended project is clear.

A useful order is:

1. Executive conclusion
2. Current-state process
3. Key findings
4. Prioritised opportunities
5. Business case and assumptions
6. Roadmap
7. Recommendation and next step

For each major finding, make the **evidence, consequence and recommendation** clear.
