# Report Composer

Use Report Composer after the current state and material findings have been validated.

A strong report contains the executive conclusion, current-state process, key findings, prioritised opportunities, consultant-side business case where relevant, roadmap and recommended first project.

Use Iris evidence to support the narrative; the consultant decides what is included and how uncertainty is represented.
