# Getting Support

> Capture enough context to reproduce an Iris issue without exposing unnecessary client data.

Include the engagement, affected feature, approximate time, expected behaviour, actual behaviour, safe screenshot where useful and steps already tried.

Do not send passwords, API keys, full client datasets or unrelated sensitive screenshots.

State whether the issue is **blocking**, **degraded with a workaround**, or a **question** so the impact is clear.
