Create warm introductions and partner-led demand from a clear referral trigger.

Ask for referrals after clear value has been delivered: a strong milestone, positive readout or visible implementation result.

Make the request specific:

Who are one or two operations or technology leaders you know who are dealing with manual, high-friction workflows and are unsure where AI or automation is worth implementing?

Give the introducer a one-sentence description they can forward.

Partner fit

A useful partner has access to the same buyers but an adjacent capability—for example, an implementer that can build solutions but benefits from a stronger diagnostic before scoping them.

Before working together, define client ownership, sales ownership, scoping, delivery, commercial terms, confidentiality, quality assurance and post-launch support.

Avoid “we should send each other leads” partnerships with no shared ICP or operating process.
