Generating a Process Map

Create a current-state process view without over-fragmenting the workflow.

Before generation, ensure the evidence covers the process boundary, major activities, handoffs, real branches, repeated loops and material exceptions.

Use meaningful activities rather than separate nodes for trivial clicks or vague actions. Show parallel work only when the evidence supports genuine concurrency. If order is uncertain, validate it instead of forcing a sequence.

Review the generated map against the source evidence before using it with the client.
